Shipping with ACS Courier

Orders are processed and shipped the same day until approximately 2:30 PM, after this time they are processed the next day. If the total weight of your order does not exceed 8 kg (actual or volumetric weight, whichever is greater, and hereinafter referred to as kg), then it can be shipped to destinations within the Greek territory with a cost of €3.80 up to 2 kg and an additional charge of €1.90 for each additional kg up to 8 kg:

up to 2 kg = €3.80

up to 3 kg = €5.70

up to 4 kg = €7.60

up to 5 kg = €9.50

up to 6 kg = €11.40

up to 7 kg = €13.30

up to 8 kg = €15.20

over 8 kg = only with a transport company or ELTA (regular mail)

Note: Our items indicate, in the relevant field, the weight (actual or volumetric) that is greater.

Attention: For Remote Areas (RA) and Difficult-to-Reach Areas (DRA), as defined by the courier company, there is an additional charge of €5.40 which is calculated automatically. You can avoid this additional cost if you choose "Pick up from Courier Store" if there is an ACS store in your area and it is convenient for you to pick it up from there. Finally, we offer you the alternative to choose Simple Postal Delivery as a more economical solution.

Simple Postal Delivery with ELTA

For destinations that are classified as Remote Areas (RA) or Difficult-to-Reach Areas (DRA), you can choose to ship with ELTA at a cost of €3.10 up to 1 kg and an additional charge of €0.50 for each additional kg.

up to 1 kg = €3.10

up to 2 kg = €3.60

up to 3 kg = €4.10

up to 4 kg = €4.60

up to 5 kg = €5.10

up to 6 kg = €5.60

up to 7 kg = €6.10

up to 8 kg = €6.60

Over 8 kg the cost is €6.60 and an additional charge of €0.60 for each additional kg.

Shipments to Cyprus

Shipments to Cyprus cost €11.50 up to 1 kg and an additional charge of €2.00 for each additional kg up to 5 kg. From 5 kg the charge is €2.40 for each additional kg. Please be careful with the selection of the product because the return is not cost-effective due to the high cost, for example, buying work shoes, which we do not recommend.

Shipping with our cooperating shipping companies in Rhodes

Orders with heavy and/or bulky packages, especially if they are over 9 kg (actual or volumetric weight, whichever is greater), are shipped with a shipping company in Rhodes to island destinations on the Dodecanese and Dodecanese - Piraeus ferry line and for transhipment to a shipping company of your choice in Votanikos, Athens as follows:

from 9 kg = €5.00 shipping and €6.00 for every additional 10 kg

Note: Over 9 kg, shipping costs are calculated automatically by the system, but during the final check by us, there may be a difference regarding the number of packages or even if a bulk order can be palletized, cases for which we will inform you if there is a difference in cost before the order is executed.

Cash on delivery service is not provided with this shipping method.

Attention: For destinations that require transhipment from the Rhodes shipping company, the additional shipping cost (which we do not know) is charged to the customer, therefore there is prior communication and agreement on the place of delivery.

Free Shipping!!!

For orders over €50.00 and if it does not exceed 4 kg of actual or volumetric weight (whichever is greater), we offer you free shipping!

For orders over €130.00 and if it does not exceed 8 kg of actual or volumetric weight (whichever is greater), we offer you free shipping!

For destinations on the islands of Rhodes, Symi and Tilos, for orders over €50.00, we offer you free shipping!

Attention: Free shipping does not include the additional charge for remote and difficult-to-reach destinations of the courier, but in this case you have the option in the shopping cart for free pickup from the nearest Speedex store. It also does not include the cash on delivery cost, you can avoid it by paying with an electronic payment.

Pickup from our physical store

If it is convenient for you, you can of course pick up your order from our physical store located at 15 Alexandrou Papagou Street, Rhodes or at our branch at the 3rd km of Rhodes Lindos, just before IKA.
