Specifications

Surface preparation

Surfaces should be leveled, dry, clean of dust and free of substances which may impair adhesion.

Application procedure

The transparent adhesive is applied on both surfaces with a brush or a roller. Allow to dry (10 to 20 min) for a clear bond. The two surfaces are brought together using as much pressure as possible. Adjustments must be done quickly when the two adhesive layers are in contact. Press the two materials together few seconds. Product should be allowed to develop full strength before subjecting to any service loads (typically 60 minutes)

Open time

Before joining the parts, allow the solvents to evaporate. This takes approx. 10 min. at normal room temperature. The adhesive film must feel dry to the touch.
